Returning this year from February 19th to March 8th, Dine Around & Stay in Town Victoria is offering more dining options than ever and a host of world-class accommodations to compliment the experience.
This delectable hit returns to Victoria with a variety of fresh dining options. Diners can take their pick from the menus of over 50 participating restaurants, each offering mouth-watering three-course menus for $20, $30 or $40. Accommodation options will allow food lovers to pamper themselves with an overnight stay. Accommodations are priced at $79, $89, $99 and $129 (plus taxes) at participating hotels, resorts and bed and breakfasts.
“This fantastic culinary event is only on for 18 days, with more than 50 great restaurants and spectacular 3-course menus to choose from diners should visit www.tourismvictoria.com/dinearound to form a list of their favourite menus,” said Misty Aitken, BCRFA Victoria Branch Manager, and program Co-Chair. “Reservations are being accepted now and are recommended as we know Victorians will take this opportunity to Dine Around and Dine Around often.”
“Tourism Victoria is again excited to co-host this consistently successful event that continues to grow each year,” said Tourism Victoria’s Vice President Marketing and program Co-Chair Helen Welch. “We are proud of Victoria’s world-class dining and accommodation and it is a thrill to be able to showcase them throughout this event. It also is a great opportunity to build on shoulder-season visitation, and provide a real boost to the industry at a traditionally slow time of year.”
Once again Victoria's foodies will be able to have a sneak peak at what our chefs will be offering this year at the Dine Around Menu Launch. Fabulous food paired with VQA wine tastings will take place at Harbour Towers Hotel & Suites on Wednesday, February 18th from 5pm to 7pm. Tickets are available for $30 at VQA wine stores.
Reservations for Dine Around & Stay in Town Victoria are required, and can be made by calling the restaurants and hotels directly. For a complete list of participating restaurants and hotels, as well as online menus visit www.tourismvictoria.com/dinearound.
